You don't change it, it's the version if InstallShield that created the setup.exe, which is 5.0.349.0 in the case of ISE for VFP 9.0. But if you look under 'Other version information' on the Version page of the Properties sheet you will find File Version, which is the product version you assigned in your ISE project.
