I have the reports with size 5"x42" for Epson LQ 1170 (only this printer allow thus cutom size) to print to excel files.

I used a utility to add a printer form "4200". But I can't setup page and printer programmatically.

Now, I must define those reports for each customer's computer when distribute my software.
