You might be able to create another data group after the check number that has an expression of INT((LINENO-1)/10) to force a page break. But this depends on what table is driving the report and how you have all your relations set up. Basically .. the concept is that YOU have to create a data group that is based on each 10 lines .. whether it's a formula like above or a field in the data file that you preprocess and fill in is up to you.

>1. I have a check writing report with 2 detail bands.

>4. Placement of each detail band is constant. I add blank lines to force the constant position.

>If there are more than 10 item lines (rare) on the stub, I need that stub to overflow for both detail band to the next page where a blank check is printed.

>detail band 2 and the check to overflow to the next page, but I can not get detail band 1 to cooperate.

>What I have tried:
>Played with the "start detail set on new page when less than" property by setting it to 4.00 for example. It will print the whole band on the second page, but leaves the first page blank. No partials.
