I don't see any particular problem. In case of printing from preview you may check some local variable flag that will be reset by any report form band to catch printed/non-printed cases.

In case of interactive printer selection you could give to user your own small form to do it and catch any user actions accordingly.

So, you're saying it's hard to do with the PROMPT option as I have coded already?
I guess, GetPrinter() is similar to PROMPT option, so I may try to get around this way.
