Hi Eric,
In files section I had uploaded a utility named something similar "Offline data backups". It's old code and written when I was relatively a newbie. So check it and modify as necessary. It was intended for offices with no physical connections (except a modem that is connected for cross downloads). I think it had details within the file. Hope it helps.
