I'm the creator of Outlook2003Bar.

This is what I can say about Outlook2003Bar:

1) This control is written in pure VFP and don't use any Windows API;
2) It's free;
3) It's very easy to use.
4) About the support I can say that I try to solve bugs and reply to the questions as soon as possible, but I can't do this full time.

I'm working on a new version like you can see here:

This new version has a lot of improvements (including suggestions of many developers) and has another "themed" controls.
