Would another way be of creating a Wibforms DLL and using this on a WEb form ..can that be done and are there any performance implications??

I am very surprised at this , as in nearly evry VFP app that I have developed I would have had such a Grid. If this is the case, it will not instill much confidence in moving over to Dot Net , particulalry for Web Forms.

>Particular UI functions like data entry can be hard to customize in a web form. Maybe you should think about using a windows form with web services to your database.
