The take a ball of rolled up ground beef and flatten it with a spatula, then drop it into a huge pan of greast that is a bout 4" deep. When it floats, it's done. They lay it on a bun, drop some cheese on it and then the other "fixins". They say they've never changed the grease (since 1950 something), they only add to it! I guess that's where it gets the taste!!!!!!!
