I'm using v3.65 running on Win Server 2003 and IIS 6.0
I have one site that's been running forever on this server and we've recently added a second (slightly modified) site on the same machine.

I've read and followed the help docs about using different Temp Folder / Template combinations and that seems to be working... the old site's exetuable runs normally and does not respond to requests to the new site's URL. The problem is that the new site's executable does not respond to any requests either... nothing... no indication at all that the request was even received.

I've looked at the configurations in IIS and they are absolutely identical, as are the wc.ini and .ini files. In other words, I can find no reason why the new .exe doesn't "see" the requests coming in.

I did not set up the DNS and other server configurations, but I'm told that that was done "the same" as the other, working, site...

Any ideas where to check next?

I've been hung up on this for a day and a half and I'm no closer to a resolution.
