Title:
Ie7 vs ie6 and cookies
We have a problem with a user's pc that has IE7 where IE7 is not deleting the temporary cookie that our web app creates. All other users with IE7 or IE6 work fine.
The problem occurs when the user presses X to close IE7. At this point the temporary cookies our web app creates should be deleted. But when the user re-opens IE7, the cookie is still set and the previous customer info is displayed to the user, which causes confusion.
All other users of IE6 or IE7 work just fine. Is there a setting in IE7 that cause temporary cookies to not be deleted when IE7 is closed?
Thanks,
Jerry
