I am going through the Jump start tutorials and since this is the first time using the MM.Net Business Layer Generator I am trying to install the addin to my Tools menu.

The MM.Net Business Layer Generator does not show up in the Add-in Manager dialog.

I have also read through the documentation for Installing the Business Layer Generator wihtout success.

These are things I have tried.
1. Removing and Re-Installing (three times) I have tried Installing for All users and current user. Tried installing with local Administrator account.
2. Tried placing MMBusinessLayerGenerator.addin in other locations identified by Tools->Options->Add-In/Macros Security.
3. Checked location of file in MMBusinessLayerGenerator.addin. The file location is correct. C:\Program Files\Mere Mortals .NET Framework 2005\MMBusinessLayerGenerator\MMBusinessLayerGenerator.dll
4. Rebooting
5. Installing via Tools->Customize following instructions in Installing the Business Layer Generator. The MM.Net Business Layer Generator does not show up in the Add... dialog.

All of the Tools->Options->Add-in/Macros Security settings are correct with MM.Net documentation.

Can anyone shed some light on this problem. It seems like it should be pretty straight forward.
