No I was talking about the 6 billion dollars after 9/11. I'm not sure if we were able to give it to Turkey or not because Turkey's human rights record is so poor. But if you think that Turkey is not getting any finiancal aid from the USA you're mistaken.

Hey I'm not saying the USA is perfect - our foriegn policy right now is terrible (and a lot of American's agree) - but don't think for a moment you're not getting a LOT of help from the USA - which mean all the taxpayers - which means the American people.
