I have had Haggis and Black pudding, The Haggis I have had here recently is not nearly as good as what I had in Scotland. The Haggis here is too organ-y without enough oats. I have had better canned Haggis then "fresh - Haggis" here.
Boudin - Lousianna sausage that can be similar to black pudding with a little kick to it.
Menudo - cows stomach lining in a soup with hominy
