Well, in that particular case the 6 billion was more of a bribe, yes, but there has still been a great deal of financial aid given to Turkey by the USA. I'm sure if we poked around and investigated each of these we'd find that there was some sort of 'deal' that was involved - but none the less this doesnt change the fact that if USA offer's it - Turkey aint gonna refuse it. The fact that Turkey will apparenlty compromise they're values/standards/morals or whatever in the process just furthers my point.
