I did not have the addin in C:\Documents and Settings\currentuser\My Documents\Visual Studio 2005\Addins. There was not an Addins directory. I added the Addins directory and moved the MMBusinessLayerGenerator.AddIn into it. I restarted VS 2005 and still did not have the addin listed.

Thank you for the idea. I was hoping that last directory would do it.
