I found the solution for my question!

I use the utility of FAQ #21202 to add a printer form.
Next, I use SYS(1037) to set environment's printer name and page.
After that, I open report file exclusive, blank expr, tag, tag2, and use SYS(1037,2) to update those three fields with environment's printer name and page.

SYS(1037)
USE MYREPORT EXCLUSIVE
BLANK FIELDS EXPR, TAG, TAG2
SYS(1037,2)
USE

You should strip all printer related info from your report, e.g. Tag & Tag2 should be empty.
