This is a memory problem. You do not have the correct version of the overlay available. If you have less than 4 megs available (not total memory, but available to the largest executable) then use the first 2 below. If you have more than 4 megs available use the 3rd file. Some programs (like ours) will not run in non-extended mode so the user must have enough memory.

1. FOXD2600 ESL 401,646 03-14-94 1:00a FOXD2600.ESL
2. FOXD2600 ESO 1,025,104 03-14-94 1:00a FOXD2600.ESO
3. FOXDX260 ESL 1,410,770 03-14-94 1:00a FOXDX260.ESL

With NT 4.0 you should be able to right click on the icon and make sure all the memory settings are set to "auto". If you are running from a MS-DOS prompt then make the changes on that Icon. If you don't have an icon on the desktop, left click on the start button, then left click on programs, then right click on the MS-DOS icon. (this is from memory, I am working on Win98 right now so I can't check this)

>This KB doesn't help. I'm not even getting that far. When I try to run the app I get a message that says something like: 'Cannot locate the appropriate version of FoxPro.'

>>>I have the opportunity of converting an app done in FoxPro 2.6 for DOS to VFP. However, I cannot get the old application to run on my machine running NT 4.0. It was shown to me on a Win '95 machine. Is there a way to get it to run in NT 4.0?
