Currently i developing a web application in vb.net that allow users to upload their photo and certificate to a particular file directory(in admin pc) from a registration form. (The file directory location address is saved in a notepad).

For photo upload, the program is required to check the file size as well as the predefined filename before allowing the user to upload(the filename should be; empno_photoname_yyyymmdd.jpg , only preferable .jpg).

For certificate upload, the program is required to check the filename(should be in empno_filename_yyyymmdd) before allowing user to upload.

Upon uploading success, the users can view the photo from the same page and also USER PROFILE page.
