That doesn't always work, I say that in some situations you have to go with the best deal you can get, where of course all your expectations won't be fulfilled. I don't necessarily disagree with all the topics you've mentioned, it's just that I find very difficult that all of them together could please each side of this story.

The reality is that because of those looking for a perfect solution (I am not including you in this statement), nothing has been done nor will be done in the near future, so the problem remains and will be out there for while. In the meantime, everyone loses.

Probaby it is a good thing that this bill didn't make it, maybe somebody will come up with a better approach, who knows, but if I knew that nothing will happen in this matter the next 5 years, I'd rather have this bill.
