Really no surprise, that is the benefit of having such a low approval rating, hard to make it worse. The only people who still show approval for W are his base, and they wanted Libby Pardoned/Released. He would have never done this before the last election. I am sure Dick had his hands all over this, he setting the new low bar for politicians avoiding responsibility.
