Well, I was able to translate it, wasn't I? Except that in Serbian you don't need three characters to write "a?".

The above was the exact reverse of:

>Q. What's business-speak for "no"?
>A. "A huh, a huh, I'll get back to you on that one"

I.e. it was one of a long series on Serbian business-speak, which goes in that opposite direction, from obfuscated and PC to pithy, dirty and straight.
