IIRC, I also had similar problem in VFP7. I guess it's time to move to VFP9.

>Ha ha. I just tried that. The taskbar is there OK but, if I'm in VFP, and click one of the other apps on the taskbar, I just see an outline of that app jump up from the taskbar, as if restoring therefrom, but it always stays behind the VFP window, which doesn't relent.
