After creating a web service in 2004 that has worked flawlessly since then, I suddenly needed another one. Too bad I didn't keep some notes on the exact procedure I followed to create that one in 2004.

Anyhow, we have spent the better part of 3 days creating another one and finally got it to work properly. I feel like a kid in a candy store now that I know the correct "gatchas" to watch out for. We are busy documenting the procedure so the next time we need one or have to modify the one we have, we won't need to spend near as much time doing it.
