I get that. I'm not sure it's caused only by VFP. I think it other programs can cause it, too, though it's hard to say because the amount of time I'm at my computer without VFP open is very small. I think if I minimize every app using the minimize button in its window (not using the Show Desktop button in Quick Launch), then the problem generally clears. I also hate it when the Quick Launch and Sys Tray tooltip text appears behind the Taskbar. Another problem M$ can't seem to fix and doesn't seem to care about.
