Couple of things cross my mind... like going through all the reports and cleaning up all the expr, tag1 and tag2 fields; checking for files not included in project but still lying around in project directories (with maybe a "include/move/leave as is" option); prompting the user (!) to increase the version number or not; generating a list of files marked as excluded which should be shipped with the app... or any other chore we have to do around the PM.
