I don't think that you're going to get anything better than what Sergey pointed you to. Especially for that price (FREE). Sure it doesn't have the "Outlook preview pane and list", but so what, it provides you with a fantastic start. Make the rest for yourself.

>I checked it out. It is not what I am looking for. It provides a mechanism for displaying the navigation pane. Much more functionality there than I need. It doesn't include the other two windows that I need, i.e. folder listing on top right, and file contents display on bottom right.
