Turkey had refused too. Nowadays, that's an interesting coincidence (Victor talked about thad aid) one of our opposition party leader claimed "Government taked one billion dollar aid from USA for Turkey's don't enter to Iraq promise". Governmend refused that claim. They explained "Turkey refused that aid"...
