Before we go on line, can you verify that *any* add-ins get registered properly with Visual Studio? Try one of the following:

If you can't get another add-in to work, then uninstalling/reinstalling VS 2005 usually does the trick. If you *can* get another add-in to install, contact me via private e-mail and we'll set up a time for us to take a look.
