Instead of:
IF MCARD_NBR<>Card_Nbr .OR. DELETE()
Use:
IF (MCARD_NBR<>Card_Nbr .OR. DELETE()) .AND. !EMPTY(MCARD_NBR)
and then if they leave it blank, they can get out of the field.
