PMFJI, and it's off topic, however I wanted to ask you a question. You had reported seeing the Command window sometimes not remember its last position and come up at the very bottom right of the VFP window, with its title bar barely sticking into the VFP window and the "Command" text in the title bar being gone (or at least that's what I get and you indicated something similar, at least). I reported this as a bug and M$ won't fix it saying it's not reproducible. This could be caused by some sort of corruption in FOXUSER.DBF, but it'd have to be getting corrupted darned fast because if I delete FOXUSER, the problem will still crop up fairly soon. However, I do see another strange behavior that also could be a corrupted FOXUSER table and I wondered if you've noticed it. What happens is that BROWSE LAST only partially works. Specifically, I can BROWSE a table, move a column over to the end, size and position the window, and open a memo field. Then I close the BROWSE. If I then do BROWSE LAST, VFP remembers the size and position of the window, but not the position of the column and does not remember that the memo field was opened. I've seen this before and I'm seeing it today. I believe in the past that I've killed FOXUSER and found that BROWSE LAST would then work (after setting it up and closing it and the doing the BROWSE LAST). The weird thing here is that VFP seems to remember some of the settings (size and position) and not others (column position and the fact that the memo field was opened). Definitely odd. Sure would like to figure this out. Have you noticed any such behavior?
