Lots of USB cases that will accept your hard drive or just get an external USB hard drive. It doesn't require drivers on XP or above and I got a 500 Gig for $80 here

>Do not really want to tear my PC apart to try and fix a hard drive for a friend. Is there some way to use it externally with some sort of conversion hardware, etc? USB or Network ports are all I have on my laptop. My PC also has a parallel port, so I could use that, though the laptop is much more convenient. Not getting much on Google yet. Thanks!
