I have adjusted that.

The SET LIBRARY TO PHDBase does not report any error. But, the line PHD('MSGLEVEL NONE') or any line that I would put in there in reference to the PHD() function will generate "File 'phd.prg' does not exist.".

I put a copy of the PHDBase.fll in the default directory. I also check that I can create a file in there. By default, if I create a file, without specifying the path, it will be in the robot application directory. So, in the same directory, I also have PHDBase.fll. However, for some kind of reason, I cannot make use of the PHD() function from that environment. I am still trying to find a workaround.
