A new user has installed my application on Citrix. It runs fine when she logs in as Admin, but not when she logs in as user. I have told her that she needs Read, Write and Modify rights, but she says she cannot get it to work.

Does anyone with Citrix knowledge have any suggestions of what can be suggested to get it to work under a non-Admin login?
