Both are Zebra, one is a small format(5") the other is a large format(7"). My label is 4" X 5" which both printers will handle. However, if I define the lable using one printer to set the PageSetup it will not work on the other printer and visa versa. The one it will not work on gives an error that detail band is too large.

Do you have Printer Environment checked in the label? It should be unchecked. Menu Report/Printer Environment.
