Can you list your records in the same HTML? Then you don't need to use Report Writer. You can create HTML with simple SCAN/ENDSCAN and textmerge in VFP.

Though SCAN/ENDSCAN may be slow. Perhaps you can output to some other format, say, Excel, then save as HTML and combine the two together.

Though there is ability to save a table as HTML in VFP without intermediate format.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
