If someone drives drunk, they lose their car. It is forfeited, sold, and the money
taken by the city/state.

Illegals are here illegally. They work illegally, therefore their assets can be
siezed.

Take their earnings, their cars, houses, boats, RV's and anything else they have.
Take their assets and give the money to the city/state. Offer rewards for citizens
who turn in illegals and the businesses that employ them.

They'll leave when there's no motivation to stay.
