>This was my first thought so I made sure the same size labels existed in both drivers. I have a solution but it seems like overkill. I get the printer name and use one lbx file if the 105 exists in the name and another if 170 is found.
If you right click on either printer on the "Printers and Faxes screen" and select "Printing Preferences", then click on the "Advanced" button, is the same label selected in the "Paper Size" dropdown for both printers?
I have one workstation at a client that is connected to 3 Dymo Label printers. I use "getprinter() in the routine that allows the user to select the printer she wants to use. At that point, if the printer is set to the correct label, it works fine.
I've been frustrated many times with labels, so I can empathize with you.
