I found this one http://www.codeproject.com/vb/net/Screen_Shot.asp?df=100&forumid=433622&exp=0&select=2107873 but don't know if it comes with the source code. May be you can check if this can suit your needs?

IMO it looks like it comes without source code, but may be you can contact the author and get some ideas from him?
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
