That's the same thing I'm trying to do :) However, I discovered that I can change the style of the tab header to make them look like buttons and that's how I'm doing it.

Now I have a different problem but I'll start another thread for that.

I have used an empty control like a groupbox to cover up the tabs. I have used this control in touchscreen apps and needed to create my own buttons for changing pages. I just had to cover up the tabs.
