Just out of curiosity,

What is the current starting salary range for .Net developers with a few years experience. For those of you that have moved to .Net what did it cost (tuition, time, lost revenue) compared to your increased earning potential and how long was the payback. I would especially be interested in responses from developers who work for companies with less than 100 employees (the ONLY type of place I would consider working)
