Thanks John,
I assume thats in the Philly area, how much time have you put into .Net to get to a similar level?
>>>Just out of curiosity,

>>>What is the current starting salary range for .Net developers with a few years experience. For those of you that have moved to .Net what did it cost (tuition, time, lost revenue) compared to your increased earning potential and how long was the payback. I would especially be interested in responses from developers who work for companies with less than 100 employees (the ONLY type of place I would consider working)
>>>
>>>Thanks

>>I think salaries vary greatly be region. I could tell you the range in Iowa but I am afraid of getting laughed at. Are you talking about in PA?
>>
>>OK, I will tell.
>>
>>In the small town I used to live in, the range was 30K-35K.
>>
>>When I moved to a larger city, I have seen 40K-50K pretty regularly. I have also seen a few 65K.
