I am working on this very issue right now. And I don't seem to be able to make it work

I am using your book, and I don't need bookmarks and fields added to the document, just to the fields menu. and that does not happen. :-(

when I go onto the word doument there is no fields menu under the mail merge (word2003, vfp9sp1,xpsp2).
It's grayed out
