Okay, I just cleared the cache, logged out, waited ten minutes, and logged back in. I don't think anyone posted anything during all that time, but the top pane at least came up with a tree (with no messages). So it is probably fixed.

I wonder how many hundreds of times you suggested that someone clear their cache... :)
