FWIW, I've seen this behavior also after a Firefox crash.
Choosing "Restore Session" - doesn't help.
"Start a new session" - doesn't help.
Clearing cookies and cache - no help.
Creating a new profile might help, but the UT is the only site where I notice any oddities.
I'm leery of clearing all private data just to test the UT, but the problem does exists. It seems to heal itself over time. Until it does, I just use the Time Warp feature to catch up.
