>>>Change of subject -- have you seen "Breach"? Pretty good flick. Chris Cooper as Robert Hanssen is creepier than anyone I have seen in a movie recently, even mass murderers.

>By coincidence the latter arrived from Netflix a day or two before you said before how much you hated it. I figured you would know so just put it back in the mailbox unwatched. I don't remember if you said why you didn't like it. Was it because of inaccuracies or some other reason?

See my reply to Tracy. Hey, let's make a movie about WWII but instead of characters like FDR, Churchill, Hitler, Stalin, Patton, Rommel, Zhukov we'll just make up characters and battles that are "composites" "based on" real events. Extremely well made and well acted and incredibly badly conceived.

Charles Hankey

Though a good deal is too strange to be believed, nothing is too strange to have happened.
- Thomas Hardy

Half the harm that is done in this world is due to people who want to feel important. They don't mean to do harm-- but the harm does not interest them. Or they do not see it, or they justify it because they are absorbed in the endless struggle to think well of themselves.

-- T. S. Eliot
Democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for lunch.
Liberty is a well-armed sheep contesting the vote.
- Ben Franklin

Pardon him, Theodotus. He is a barbarian, and thinks that the customs of his tribe and island are the laws of nature.
