Hmmm...this error says that signatures of the pdb file and assembly don't match. It sounds like someone might have recompiled the MM .NET assemblies at your site? It could also be that the installation package isn't working properly and the assemblies are not properly installed in the GAC. If I remember correctly the packaging team builds their own distribution package for your development team? I recommend installing the MM .NET .msi file directly on a machine to see if that works, and if so, look more closely at the install packaging.
