In my case, I don't use RI that is generated by VFP. I have my own code to handle it and before add records, I turn it off. And, when I have any problem during moving records, I just deleted the C:\NEW_FOLDER and recreate database again. It doesn't happen ofter, so I didn't did something better to handle it.
By the way, your post is very important for those use RI.
