Try looking at the FoxForward conference,

It is also a reasonably priced conference, you could drive or get a cheap flight to Atlanta, find someone to room with, and its runs over a weekend specifically to reduce the impact on the working folks.

That being said, I expect the SW Fox conference to be, by far, the best conference this year.
