There's a sign, in veryt bad grammatical English, at a block of flats near here, designed to de4ter the residents from placiing their trash in any receptacle other than the bins provided:

"Anybody not putting rubbish in the bins provided will be prosecuted"

That makes us ALL guilty - the whole world!
