But I assume you would not have a problem with that? I assume by your posts that you don't think fireworks (legal or otherwise) should be regulated in any way. I assume you know some kids, some senile people, some drunks and any of those people should be able to purchase and use M80, M1000's, gernade launchers, whatever.

I think you mean to project that reasonably responsible adults should be able to use some relatively safe classes of explosives. But this stance would require laws, example we could agree on a law that no kids under say 5 should be able to use fireworks. If so, now it becomes a matter of degree, and with many laws, these are determined at the federal, state, and local levels.
